(PRIVATE): This means a garage in which only motor vehicles used by the occupants of the building or buildings on the premises are stored or parked.

(PUBLIC): This means any garage other than a private garage and shall include those where provision is made for the servicing, repair, painting or fuel-dispensing to motor vehicles.
